GOV.UK One Login Rollout

DigiGov Expo | 23rd & 24th Sept | Excel, London

Connecting the public sector requires moving beyond disparate websites to build a unified system. Driven by the GOV.UK One Login rollout 2026, digital leaders are shifting away from standalone portals toward an interoperable state. The challenge is clear: resolving one login technical friction points while scaling local integrations and eliminating regional digital barriers.

The Unified Front Door & Local Identity

Map out the technical requirements for deploying a unified digital identity local gov infrastructure. Learn directly from the Government Digital Service (GDS) on how to bridge the gap from central authentication engines to regional platforms without creating data bottlenecks.

Radical User-Centred Design (UCD)

Adopt next-generation frameworks for citizen-centric service design in 2026. Move away from standard online forms toward invisible, automated eligibility models that reshape how citizens interact with public services across local and central frameworks.

Inclusion & Digital Wallet Integration

Address the practical steps for reducing digital exclusion in UK gov services. Evaluate the deployment of emerging digital identity wallet integration options while keeping phone and in-person support channels synchronized for vulnerable populations.

DigiGov Expo - The UK’s Leading Public Sector Tech Event

"I love this event and so I suppose it's a bit of give and take. What I like to give is the idea that every government department, every local authority is unique - I like to share what we're doing in Greenwich and hopefully any challenges that we're facing, anything that we've learned we want to disseminate that as widely as possible and an event of this scale is a massive way of doing that, so it's really exciting.

What I get from it is a lot of inspiration, there's such a diverse group of people here. I love to go around and listen to what other people are doing, talk to all the suppliers. We can see some new and emerging suppliers in the marketplace as well, so I love just to wander around get the atmosphere and pick up on new things that I might take back to my job."
