The Digital Architecture Exchange at DigiGov Expo

A practitioner-led forum connecting DDaT professionals across the public sector ecosystem

The Digital Architecture Exchange (DAX) at DigiGov Expo brings together digital, data and technology practitioners from across the UK pensions landscape to build a shared understanding of how the ecosystem must evolve to support long-term reform.

This is not a standards body, delivery programme or governance forum.

It is a practitioner-led space for open discussion, practical insight and early alignment.

By connecting those working closest to implementation, the group aims to reduce fragmentation, surface challenges sooner, and create a clearer picture of the future pensions architecture.

A conference room with several people sitting around or standing at tables, some working on laptops, others engaged in discussion, with refreshments on a side table at DigiGov Expo.

How It Works

The group meets quarterly online, bringing together a small cohort of experienced DDaT and technology professionals for focused discussion, including an annual in-person session alongside DigiGov Expo.

Sessions are discussion-led rather than presentation-driven, designed to exchange experience rather than produce formal outputs.

There are no mandated artefacts, standards or decisions; only shared understanding. If you’re interested in sharing insight, learning from peers, and helping build a clearer collective view of the future landscape, sign up below and be part of the conversation.
